I read about this study on Mom-101 (during a middle of the night feeding) and considered it… how do you praise your child for his efforts and not his talents? Hmmm, sounds hard.

    A commenter on my site had a great pov: Praise the verb, not the noun.

    I think of psycho little league dads who only praise kids for winning and not for trying and that pretty much sums it up for me.
